Zapital is a boutique financial services firm committed to raising capital for small businesses to support their growth. We work with SME owners and startup founders across debt and equity, so they can focus on running the business while we find the right funding for it.
What we do
On the debt side, we source term loans, working capital overdrafts and invoice or purchase finance from banks and NBFCs. On the equity side, we advise on seed and Series A rounds, prepare fundraising materials and introduce founders to suitable investors.
Zapital acts as a financing advisor, broker and, for equity mandates, investment banker. We do not lend or invest our own money. Every offer is subject to the approval of the lender or investor.
